End of Fall 2006

At the end of January I resigned from the A|X sales job, and made my uni decisions. It wasn't a very pleasant time for me though.

One of my "future plans" was to graduate with a commerce degree, get a job with KPMG or PWC, work up the corporate ladder, and retire at 45-50 yo when I have earned enough money. But apparently my parents had greater plans, so it resulted in a week-long argument.

But in end, I decided to take an "acedemic GAP year", which meant I will be going to UniMelb not for studying, but just to chill out for the year, then next year I'll do some course that my parents liked.

Just before heading off to Melb, I went to a carnival with a few friends in HongKong.

It was a good end to a holiday in which I have been working 6 days a week, 12 hours a day.
