In your eyes, what are "drops of glowing stars"? Thousands of glimmering dreams and hopes gliding across the dark fabric of the nightsky? Or is it infinite burning meteors crashing into our judgement day?

There are so many depressing blog entries lately, and even those with rather positive entries have theirs ruined by sad people. Everyone's infected by the Long-Second-Term syndrome, a disease which spreads when students are faced with a twelve-week term, and their easter holidays was over three weeks ago. Depression, tiredness, boredom and even sickness are associated with the LST syndrome.

The only time i've been laughing for more than 5 seconds in the last week was chatting about KungFu Hustle and ShaoLin Soccer. Relating back to drops of glowing stars, these Stephen Chow movies for some people may seem stupid and immature, but for others that decide to see it in a positive way, it's hilarious.

Since I'm IB, I better act like one. There are things that we can't control, yet affect us greatly (external stability). However, you can control your perception (optics).When you start to see the world around you going grey, maybe it's time to take a break, and freshen up yourself (shifting equilibrium).

But whatever you do, remember that there are lots of people ready to catch you if you fall.

In this world, there are those who intends make you cry. But there are also those who cry because you cry.

Maybe next time you see meteors cashing into our judgement day, your tears won't be that of fear and sadness. But maybe tears of dreams and hopes.
